About Us
We are a company owned by 7 Canterbury Olive Growers. We established the company to initially purchase a replacement Olive Harvester for the Canterbury region. We will be expanding our operations into grove management, pressing olives and wholesaling oil.
Bookings

Harvesting
Our Harvester is able to harvest around 200- 250 trees a day. Working 9am to around 4pm, we need to allow time for the fruit to warm a little before we start and we need to stop harvesting before it cools down too much, remember it is mid-winter.
Fruit bins which hold around 300Kg will need to be delivered to site and you will need to provide a tractor with forks to move the bins around the grove and load them onto the trailer for delivery to the press. At the press your fruit will need to be deleafed. This removes the leaves and twigs that you don’t want going through the processor with your fruit.
We may ask for a pic of your fruit to ensure it is ripe enough to harvest, probably the week before the booking.

Grower Supply Agreements
